She also worked as a Faculty and Placement Head for reputed Engineering/MBA colleges.Her passion in recruitment led to DRIVN SOLUTIONS in year 2015.Her area of interest include strong recruitment delivery models that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives. At DRIVN she personally advises Indian and MNC Clients on senior level assignments. She is also a Director of US based Education Startup.

Malathi is a veteran industry professional with around two decades of experience. She stared her career as Marketing professional with outdoor advertisement agency and worked in the domain for about 15 years.Her focus was strong client relation, planning, vendor network & management , delivery and team management. She also held multiple charge of Campus Placements for 5 years. She pioneered the concept of collaborative campus recruitment and plays an active role in fostering a strong industry academia ecosystem
